boost shuts down engine

ok so i have a problem again, my motor runs fine everything is hooked up n on no leaks, no probs, i rev the motor n the turbo starts to spool up n it shuts down or off, i let off the gas n it revs back down, its only gettin 9lbs of boost max before it shuts off, anyone know anything bout that???

Do you have a shimmed wastegate? Over shimmed wastegate can cause your car to spool up fast in low rpms and the ECU will cut the engine to prevent damage.
