Well thats fancy/probably very effective way. I dont know if I could put something together like that, but do you think my Scunci steam cleaner would work like this?

Glad I could help. My machine is much fancier but considering commercial ones cost from $600-$2000 I'd say you did pretty darn good for a first try. Try adding a little baby oil to the glycerin or spring for some commercial fluid when you get the design tweaked in. Once you learn how to use it you'll wonder how you ever lived without one. Higher pressure is better for boost leaks but for all the other stuff a low pressure smoker can't be beat. You'd have to pry mine from my cold dead fingers. Do some searching for use tips. Just off hand:
It's a tire pump with a auto resetting circuit breaker. A pipe reducer with large and small pvc caps. A 4psi relief valve. Hairdryer wire as my heating element. Tuna can as fluid reservoir.
