i have been using my supra(87 turbo) as my DD since august and at first it felt pretty fast because the car has downpipe 3" exhuast lower hardpipes and an intake. She was pushing about 10psi and everything was good until the car just started feeling slow one day.So i checked for codes did a tune up (still felt slow) then turned up the boost to 14psi and what do you know it felt fast again. So its been fine since then but now the car is starting to feel slow againg lol and i can't afford a bigger turbo yet:cry:. Its kinda of scary how addictive boost is lol it seems like every day i think about how i can get my fix lol is it me or is it somthing everybody goes threw:1zhelp: ?lol

I think this applies to going fast in general, not just boost....but yeah i totaly know what you mean and it sucks. You just get used to the power and get numb to it, and then you get the itch..... and you want (neeed) more!

Hi, my name is Andrew, and I am a boost addict.

My job helps me deal with my addiction (somewhat), I travel alot and frequently have to drive shitty, slow rentals..... when i get back in the Supra or G35 its like ohhhh yeah thats the spot... right there.

Hi, my name is Alex. And I'm a boost addict.

It all started when I drove a MazdaSpeed3. I was hooked. Then I got a rod-knock. It was at that point I decided to go with a 1JZ, after seeing Moe's (suprastanger507mgte) Then, I drove Kyle's (Big Wang Bandit) car. Then I drove Dave's (DLM) auto 1JZ.

Can't wait for my 1JZ to be done.

A week or 2 and no matter what power you're running it feels that way ;)

Drive your DD for a couple of weeks then jump back in the Supra and I bet it feels fast again.

The old man is right, humans adapt to there surroundings no matter how much power you have you will always adapt. My supra was feeling slow a few months back so I took a brake for a month or so and drove my diesel (72hp) for a while. Got back in the supra and felt nervious of the car for the first week because it had 4x the power of what i had goten used to. That was a couple of months ago Supra feels dog slow again now.

Yea, I have that feeling (though I sold my supra), I have done just about every performance mod my NA car can take (02 Maxima, dyno's 239 WHP), that is why I bought this stuff...
