i bought an electric boost gauge from prosport, but some how it wont work. i connected the sender to the ground and 12+ and connected it to the boost gauge itself, it wont read the boost. it reads -20 vac (this gauge is in PSI) i connected the vacume to the intake/bov. im guessing its the wrong spot to put it. the instructions says connect it to the pressure regulator and serge tank. which i have no clue what these things are.

fuel pressure, where do i connect the sender. (not ever good with electical stuff) =\

here is a sneak peek ^^

surge tank=intake manifold

I connected my boost gauge to the line running accross the firewall that goes to the heater valve, just before the check valve.

where is the pressure regulator???? -_- that should be the bov. oh yea my supra cant make it to autobacs this week. =\ but ill be there with eric with his supra ^^

don't make this complicated. Connect the boost gauge to any nipple on the intake manifold. If no nipples available, then cut and "T" one.

It would probably be better to leave the vacuum source of the fuel pressure regulator alone...

This is a 1J, I know you have a spare vacuum source on the intake manifold somewhere. :)

btw, your car looks too much like mine. Get dat shit outta here.:D

to install a fuel pressure gauge, you'll need to put the gauge somewhere along the fuel line from the "out" of the fuel pump all the way up to the fuel pressure regulator. I like to measure fuel pressure after all the fuel goes thru the injectors and before (or in) the FPR....which would mean an aftermarket FPR.
