What is a better boost controller, HKS EVC IV or the APEXI AVC-r, i dont know much about eihter but im i would like something that i could possibly get for around 300 used, are those even options? is there something else?

Apex = Wooo! lot's of options.
Though I doubt you'll find one used for about $300.

could i get one for about 400, and y do you like that one better ( other then having it), it does look nice...
I haven't even begun to teach myself all the functions yet. I am highly anticipating the gear specific boost levels though. Basically this is where it learns from each run you make and lets you adjust the boost levels accordingly so that you get maximum efficency without tire spin. I think anyway. Like I said, I haven't ahd time to fully explore it or get it tuned properly with my new turbo.

PS. I got mine used for around 400 I think, maybe 450. It was through a good friend who was selling an extra one though.
