Im about to buy a greddy boost controller and idk what i should put for boost, i have a stock 7mgte with little bolt ons. any ideas on what i should run without problems?

Basically tweak it little by little until you hit fuel cut. Then knock it down a little from there so you don't hit fc again. That's how I set my ebc, as close to fc as possible without hitting it. FC should be around 13psi or so so be ready when you get close to 12 or so. Check my sig for mods. Probably similar to what you have. HTH
Raising boost = raising power. I went from about 8-9psi to now 12 and theres definitely a noticeable gain.
