Hello Hello.

I am looking to setup my Profec B. I am wondering if there is an easy way to get at the actuator vacuum lines, and hook it all up. I have not hooked up a boost controller on more than one turbo, but I dont think It will be too complicated. Any advice is more than welcome.

Thanks guys.

Tee the two compressor sources together, then to your boost controller.

Tee the two wastegates together, then to your boost controller.

That's all there is to it.

It's just the same as one turbo except you have to tee the two turbos together into one hose before it goes to the boost controller.

i know this is just a stupid question but what if you only put the boost controller on one of the turbo's wouldn't the increased flow cause the other turbo to boost a little higher anyways.

Not that i would do this or suggest that anyone should but was just curious as to the effect that it would have

thats a good way to kill your turbo.. it will work twice as hard..

You can do it with your hands. What I did was remove that rear U air hose that goes behind the head. The one that connects to the ISC. After I took that hose out and move your harness out of the way a bit, I was actually able to reach behind the head and get my hands on the rear wastegate and rear compressor source without any pliar. Try that. Pliars can help too but I didn't have the right ones.

I didn't have to remove the pipes to do this.

Ah i did not tihnk it would figuring that if it was set to a specific PSI that that turbo would be that and the other is runnign off of the the stock WG. but good to know :)
If you only adjusted one turbo, what would happen is the turbos would start fighting each other. The higher boosting one would start to surge the lower boosting one.

Question...

Should the lines going to the boost controller be the same or damn near the same length? Or better yet, will it make a difference if they are not the same length.

On a different note I did get it hooked up, it only took like 3 hours, lol. I am retarded. I had a few minor "issues".

Thanks alot guys.

Both sets of lines actually.

I think I should remake them on monday when the parts stores are open to make them more even.
