I am now retired and want to do a radical body change. If you remember the old IMSA raod racers of years ago in America it features wide fender extensions, drooped front ends with big deep front spoilers. No wings then but if they look good with the body mods I would try it. I will lower it as much as I can (actual limit would be determined by the speed bumps in the Phoenix area). The GT cars from Japan (if GT is the right name for them?) have a lot of great body mods such as under cut front fenders (lower part) and wide body mods. I am moving and had to throw out all of my "turbo" etc magazines that I have always refered back to so I'm flying blind. So I'm looking for any pics of these types of body mods. I like some of the available add on body kits etc but will likely build my own out of metal. Thanks guys for your help so far. Just some history on me. I'm almost 56 and retired last summer. I've owned and modified all kinds of musclecars and am currently building my '73 Trans Am. I've been running some turbo cars and now can't go back to N/A. To that end I'm installing a turbo on the TA. Last year it ran 10.2 @134 with nitrous but I expect to go well into the 9s now with boost. And. It is fully streetable and used on the street. I've owned a '91 Dodge Spirit R/T turbo, man what a fun car. '87 Turbo-T in close to stock mechanical condition that ran 12.8 @ 110. Now I am owner of a really perfect bodied '89 Turbo Supra 5 speed. I was stupid and put on a Lexus mass air but did not add the injectors (have 550s but toooooo stupid to install them first). I played with the boost and "POP", one head gasket in the dumper. It is still apart and waiting for me in Phoenix. I dropped in a Pontiac 400 and Turbo 2004R and planned to build it that way with a turbo. But now with gas prices as they are I will go back to the 3.0 turbo motor. I'll build it stout (already have the J&E forged pistons at (040) add some good rods. Anyway. I want to build the body radical. So long story short. I'm looking for pics of body mods. Sorry for the long post. If you want to see what I've done to the TA go to www.americantorque.com and look at "Marks 73 TA". Several pics of the TA and the turbo install so far. Also last years 10.2 run with a good story about it. Enjoy and thanks for looking. Mark L
