well good news is i have all my parts for the turbo swap except for the oil feed and return lines for the turbo. bad news is all my exhaust valves are burnt white. they are also loose the entire head needs to be re-built and overhauled but thankfully I have a buddy that has hella extra supra parts including four other heads so im gonna buy one from him and have it cleaned and new valve seals installed............pics of the head

You can clean the ex. valves(it's just carbon buildup), but it takes alot of grinding. I got tired after only two valves, and got on Ebay and bought a new set for $60 shipped.

So ive been collecting parts like crazy working everyday this past month and dealing with Robert from 935. He has been extremely helpful with everything and got my headgasket set out in one hell of a timely manner. I just got the new head and tapped the water feed neck for the coolant feed to the turbo. All the things ive been ceramic coating are done and everything i can touch are cleaned except for the block which im doing on my first day off. All in all im extremely excited and cant wait to start boosting!!!!!! thanks for all who have read and also those who have helped get my parts to me in a timely matter!!!!!!!!!!Well just got my shipping confirmation email from suprasport!!! Everything is completely coming together and by sunday I should have everything to put my car back together and start troubleshooting and tuning..........
