Well I had some blue smoke and turbo whine so I got a boss 550. Still have blue smoke and now I have smoke coming out of my dipstick hole when I pull the dip with the car warmed up, also smoke coming out of oil fill hole when I remove the cap. This really blows. Only like 6-7k miles on the rebuild. I was so excited to finally get to the dyno and put down some numbers but now its like whats the point. Oil level is still at full as it has always been during the whole time after it was rebuilt, most it ever needed between a oil change was half a quart. No oil in my ic pipes at all, they are very clean. Rings? Valve stem seals? Blah it may be time to throw in the towel and get something economical =/

is it lots of smoke? might just be regular blow by vapor. compression check it. if the compressions good and you dont loose oil theres no need to rebuild it IMO.

are you seeing blue smoke on start up, after boost, or is it steady?

I will check tomorrow on the way to work but I was burping my cooling system before I made this thread and it was coming out the tail pipe during but barely noticable, then when I took it off the jack stands and started to drive a bunch came out, don't know about after or during boost I will have to have my lady drive behind me while I drive around and see what she says.
