Same of you may or may not be aware, my Grandmother has been in the hospital the past few days.
Biopsy came back, non-Hodgkins lymphoma, spread throughout multiple organs. Stage 4, degree 3. Basically means it's spreading fast and aggressively.
They haven't determined exactly which of the NH lymphomas it is. Dr's recommending a referral to the Mayo Clinic for my grandmother.
She's evidently had a previous dr prescribe her morphine and hydrocodon, which we didn't know about. She's been fighting rectal cancer as it is. Yesterday would have been 5 years, and they could officially call the cancer in remission.
Somehow, LRMC in Leesburg missed this in the midst of their bloodwork and tests over the past 5 years.
Naturally, no referrals can be made until tomorrow morning, as hospitals evidently don't work after normal office hours. People don't get sick or need attention after 5pm, you know.
Yeah, I'm kind of pissed to think my grandmother's got a fast spreading cancer and she's got to wait another 12 hours for anything to fucking happen.
