Well, purolator finally got it to my door, and as soon as I got off work, I started putting it on :)

My car has been running on a stock elbow/downpipe for quite some time now with all of the mods it has.

I have hardpipes, intake, 3.5 inch AFM to turbo hardpipe, lex afm, 57 trim ct26, 550 cc RC injectors, n/a intake cam, ported exhaust manifold.....and so on.

Well, I have to say, the difference is amazing.... The car now spins the tires when the turbo spools in second gear!!(245/40R17's) It pulls hard all the way to redline at 17 psi, and with the boost controller off it hits 10 psi quite quickly. It is now faster at 10 psi than it was at 15-16 psi before I changed the downpipe.

It also sounds amazing... The only problem I have with that, is I have a greddy profec b spec 2 boost controller, and I can hear the wastegate flap "fluttering" to maintain a boost level at full boost.

We took my car out and lined it up with my buddies little 240Z with an L28 Turbo engine swap. He was at 15 psi, and his car runs 12.90's. I pulled about 5-6 car lengths on him, so I'm ready to get to the track. First I need to go to the dyno and get it tuned though.

Oh yes, and I'm still running open downpipe :)

Sounds damn good. HKS with a slightly better T04E 57 turbo claimed 425 hp with similar support, but the stock down pipe. I would like to see you have a dynojet test done.

the dyno I will be using is a dyno dynamics, so the numbers will be lower than the dyno jet numbers. I'm going to try to get a midnight dyno session(yes, this place offers them) and tuning done. The cool air might add a few hp :)
