hello i have an 89 auto turbo bic ddp test pipe 3 inch hks drager exhaust cai and i was wondering my turbo is really loud at 3000 rpm then if u floor it at a point above 3500 rpm it seems like it goes into turbo lag and the turbo sounds like its bogging and the rpms wont rev all the way up quickly and the turbo makes a waaaaaaa... noise at that point is this normal or not? and i also just had everything rebuilt motor turbo etc.

Yes the DDP makes the car loud while boosting!!!, its hard to say by the description you gave, can you shoot a short vid with your digital camera?

Sounds like when I was messing with the ignition timing - engine just didn't have any more power starting at the 4K rpm area and on.
