What are the signs of a BHG? and If mine is, what size HG do i use? i like the stopper style but is it worth it and is 2mm to thick?

BHG. Some of the signs are:

- A lot of white smoke coming out of your exhaust.
- White stuff in your 710 filler cap (looks like mayonaise).
- Engine temperature getting very very high.

size of the hg you get depends on how much you mill off the head. the stock hg is 1mm thick. you can get a coolant tester from napa. or you can just see if you are loosing coolant. search, there is ssoo much info on this on the site including how to choose what size hg to get and how to test for bhg.

I'd say get a block tester kit from NAPA and follow the instructions. Then you'll know for sure and can go from there. They are like $50.
