So i recently replaced my head gasket torqued to 75 but now my car wont start!:( i tried putting everything back all plugs grounds and vacuum lines well tried because my dad supposedly was helping me out but when we took the head out he pulled out all these plugs and grounds and i figured out where some went but some i never figured out and now my car wont start it started before with a bhg at first it was the timing it was off by alot fixed that and noticed my cam gears didnt have the pin in the middle of the three holes did that. did my ignition timing with it pointing to number one and this is my first supra and i just want to get it running !
I noticed that there was a red/black and blue/red cable just there coming from the harness and before i posted i looked through the forums and saw someone post that they connected these two and it started but mine didnt :(

Check engine light come on with the key in the on position? Does it stay on at all times? Does it not come on at all?

Does the car crank ok but just not fire?

Or does the car not crank at all?

Any backfire?

The check engine light stays on when its at the on position. It cranks just doesnt start up at first i thought it was my battery bc it just had 6 volts according to the little meter inside the car but then i let it charge for a bit and still no. No back fire

ECU grounds connected under the intake?

AFM plugged in?

Any codes?

Double check the timing marks # 1 piston at TDC, both timing marks on the cams lined up, rotor pointing at #1 spark plug wire, and the crank mark at "0".

The ECU grounds are 3 if I remember right and connect on the drivers side under the intake manifold on a stud. They will reach the starter without any problem...not very heavy wire.

Sorry for the late reply i got my phone cut off well anyways thank you guys my car turns on now! It was the ignition timing for some reason it was pointing at number 6 , i replaced my o rings on my injectors too and no more leaks but now my car turns off if i let go off the gas i think thats bc off the vacuum lines that i didnt plug in and didnt know where they went and just left some like that if anyone has a diagram or something that will be great
