Well a handful of you shall know that I blew my new, retorqued to 76lb/ft headgasket a flippin' WEEK before the Louisville meet, so I'm freaking out about trying to get it done and still working full time every day....so anyways, I need to figure out what size allen bolt I'm going to need so I can connect it to a socket and be problem free. :icon_bigg 320rwhp/355rwtq is just a little too much for this poor head gasket...:icon_razz

See those blue circles? Yeh. That's right. Those ones.:naughty:

Can any of you ladies tell me what size I'll need for these?

Please and thank you. :x:

OH! BTW: Y13, did I tell you that you were FTW?

:D

Thanks, buddy.

Since I basically just wasted a thread, lets all go ahead and take the time to vent and make fun of Jeffy Lee for getting a BHG. :)

Was it a stock head gasket? Yes. But it was replaced when the JDM motor was dropped in, and retorqued 76lb/ft's....it's held strong the last 12,000 miles....but due to some recent occurences and just running an upgraded turbo with tons-o-boost, it was bound to happen soon.....just a shame that it had such bad timing.

Well, I drove it hard, but didn't treat it like crap. I drive it the way the motor was made to handle and perform. Mind have you even on a stock fuel system, untuned and with a minor boost leak, I put down 315rwhp/360rwtq @ 13psi...so unless you're up in numbers any higher than that, you should be okay for a while.

Jeff

:EDIT: The turbo is not stock...it's a 60-1 clipped 10 degrees

I let some jerk borrow mine and he broke the bit out of it and tried gluing it back in so i wouldnt know. I went to use it and it popped out.

Now I have to put the bit in my 10mm socket.

You are sloppy.

I beg your mother $%!#ing pardon??? :icon_bigg

Sloppy is the way we work. Organizing things gets confusing. Set it where you put it, don't touch it 'til you need it again, and you're set. :icon_razz

I might be sloppy under my hewddd, but I'm actually a neat freak with anything else. :D
