I just replaced the head gasket on my car, and its doing all the same stuff again that it was doing before I changed the gaskets,
It was fine for a month or so then it just started acting up again.
I work at a repair shop and one of the guys said I might have over torqed the head bolts, I asked a friend who owns a toyota repair shop he said 71lbs
But I'm thinking that was for a metal head gasket, All the repair manuals say 58lbs. Thats for a stock replacement I'm sure.
