So as many of you seen i am parting out my 7m-gte it was definitely a bad day for me but all is well in my life so i'm staying in the supra game and i picked this up

1JZ with a T4 Garrett GT37R not exactly my turbo of choice but hey can't complain.

Yes I did but well I needed a motor and this was a deal I couldn't refuse.

Plus I obviously can't seem to keep a 7m alive :-( I suck lol

I tired taking my head off today got everything removed and this thing is simply stuck won't even budge the studs are still in and so tight I can't get them out of the block I only put them in finger tight.

I'm lost to why its so hard to get it off. I've used pry bars and 3 people trying to lift at the same time and nothing

Or fill the cylinders will nylon rope and turn the engine over by hand with a breaker bar on the crank bolt.

Risk of bent valves. It should just come off though. I think he missed something.

If you risk bending valves, remove the cam shafts.

cams are out.
all 14 nuts on the head studs have been taken off.
Spark plugs removed.
all hoses removed.
alternator removed.
Thermostat housing removed.
Turbo and manifold removed
Intake manifold fully removed.
Top Front timing cover removed.

Have you removed the PS res along with all the little things on the head? The coolant port on the back of the head?

Look around the entire block and make sure you didn't forget something.

Did you use something like a spray on adhesive?

I have circled around the head multiple times and i'm stumped.

I didn't use any type of spray or adhesive.

This is the 4th time i've taken the head off and this is the only time i've had issues.
