Best Place to Get Power For Boost Controller

Running a HKS EVC EZ under my radio in the car. I know there are many places to pick up power cig lighter, radio etc. Where would the best place to get power for it. I use the cig lighter all the time so i would still like to be able to if i do end up running power from it.

Mine is tied into the cig lighter fuse at the fuse block. Works like a champ. Still using factory spec fuse rating too. Some people like to go up a little bit when they tie something else into a circuit. Personally I just solder well, use heat shrink, and utilize 14 or 16 gauge wire. Also use a proper loop-style connector for your ground. Hope this helps and GL.

I get crazy with this kind of thing and run a relay and fuse setup. It is overkill, just I don't like tapping into anything.

Mind to give me a write up of how you did this and where to tap for lots of power so i don't short anything out? I think im in the same dilemma cause in the end i'll be running all these things and they need 12v power each:

Apexi AVCR, Apexi SAFC, Boost Gauge, Water Temp, Oil Temp, Oil Press, EGT, AEM UEGO, BEE*R REV Limiter
