He's reffering to the letters on the buttons how they looks fuzzy in the pics. They only do tho because they are cut into the button, not just flat on the face so they can't rub off. It looks wierd cuz you're seeing the bottom of the letter and the edges of the walls too.

that is my wifes paper from work. Anyways a friend I have makes these for $45. They are real aluminum and anodized. He also makes them in brushed aluminum

yes sir it is. He is the only one who makes these as far as I know. I also used to have the brushed aluminum but I love the black so much better.

just new buttons. the buttons you see are for TEMS which is toyotas electic controled suspension. Unfortunatley you either use stock struts or tokicos unless you decide to ditch the tems.
