Yes I'm connected to igf and Ne on the ecu. Should I connect power to +b on the ecu? ITapped into my radio harness. When everything was connected I tested it an the red light would flash so I assume there is power

yeah i connected mine to +B. what are your wires connected to? i mean what are the wires from the unit connected to at the ECU? mine is as follows and works:

Red wire - +B

Black wire - Ground

Yellow wire - IGF

Green wire - NE

White wire - E-Brake

I remember when I installed my MAPECU I tried getting an rpm signal from IGF with no success. I ended up tapping into the rpm signal from the diagnostic block under the hood.

I have a 1991 ecu.

When I was installing the MAPECU I was working with one of the techs online trying to figure out how to get a signal. He had me tap into IGF, and IGT. I then came here to ask you guys and someone mentioned getting the signal from the diagnostic block. I did, and it worked. I didn't try to get it straight from the ECU though.

i just might try that ill let you guys know. but i dont know, it might be the knobs on the unit being worn out. it cuts at a really high rpm but when i adjust it to go to cut at a lower rpm it doesnt work
