BC springs and retainers for 1jz

Im in the market for springs and retainers. powerhouse racing has Brian crowers for $330, anyone have experience with these? and yes I have upgraded cams and ecu.

I use crower. They're good I guess, you can't really get any gain out of it unless you're really spinning the motor all the time with a big cam... I still remember ZaZZn going to something like, 8400 rpm with the small core Crower's on stock valvetrain. No problems reported. It's just insurance.
