Can someone post a pic of their battery hold down set up for a mkIII. Or what it looked like from the factory.

no problem. I just ordered one for mine awhile ago too. its funny how the factory hold downs always seem to be nonexistent when you buy a supra used. i think 4 out of my 5 supras i've owned didn't come with one.
