Ok so I just got done soldering injector clips in and putting some 560s in.

Started it up, and there's a big misfire. What is the best way to go about finding the problem? I'm pretty sure I did a good job wiring it up, but idk.

Is there a way I can test the clips to see if there's continuity or something?

I'm gunna pull the plugs when I get home from work today to figure out which one is actually missing.

Start it up
Pull a spark plug wire
If another miss occurs reinstall wire and move to the next until no difference in engine sound is heard
That will tell you which cylinder is misfiring

After finding which cylinder is giving you problems
Double check you plug wires are in the right order
Check for spark at spark plug side of wire

If ignition source is good
Grab a multimeter
Check injector connector pin for voltage
1 wire should have a constant 12volt with ignition switch on
Other wire is what tells the injector to open
It's a ground signal

If you have voltage then go to your local autopart store and rent a noid light test kit
Find the right noid light that fits into your injector connector
Install noid
Crank engine and see if noid flashes
If there's no flashing then I suspect a wiring issue
If it does flash then you have a bad or clogged injector
