Ok here's the scoop, for the passed month or 2 I have been getting bacne all accross my back, most on my shoulder blades and lower back and it's really pissing me off. I have been trying to scrub my back with a handtowel that has my body wash in it like a exfoliating type deal to remove the dead skin right? Well it ain't workin. I was taking creatine for my weight lifting buy I stopped that cuz I ran out and I heard bacne was a common side effect, I have no idea what else to do besides waiting for puberty to go away lol I'm 18 by the way. Please, HALP.

I'd stop taking the creatine. My buddy "ate that shit for breakfast lunch and dinner" in high school, and couldnt play football senior year, because the shit fucked up his internals and if he got hit, it could kill him. I think it was his liver or kidneys, maybe both.

Point is if alot of it can kill you, the a moderate amount cant be good either. Plus maybe your bacne will go away too.

I've been off creatine for the passed month and it hasn't changed anything, plus I only use creatine 1 time 3 days a week when I work out, which is half of what it calls for.

Hey you do what you want, but you can ask your doc, he will tell you its no good for you at any dose. My personal trainer says longrun, you just cant beat good old protein. eat a little before and alot after. chicken, eggs and yogurt are his favorites. drinking a ton of water will help flush the waste produced from building muscles. Good healthy muscles. If you have the money, massage (especially after a workout) will also help promote fast muscle growth.

I take protein suppliment and eat good too, creatine just helps me lift weight for longer periods of time. But yes I sleep without a shirt on and I change my sheets regularly, it just won't go away!

Also,
I've experienced this as well. Use an antibacterial soap on the back, shoulder, chest, along with drying each part once you get out really good. That will help. If you have a girl have her use some rubbing alchohol on the back with cotton balls. That will help as well. Might take your breath away but it works.
Some antibacterial medicines will reduce it as well. There was some stuff I recomended to a friend that dried him out alot but after it was all said and over he has no more acne. Had it real bad on his face. Acutane IIRC was the name of it.

But just good cleaning was good enough for me. As for that just try not to use creatine so much that elevated my acne when I was younger. I just use protien stuff these days.

Laying off the steroids would be a start. I hear they give you bacne.

Steroids? Creatine isn't a steroid, it's like a special energy drink and doesn't do anything with testosterone production. Creatine is also legal and can be bought at just about any nutrition store. Roids are for losers.

I was just messing because it is an apparent side effect of steroids.

You might want to look into what your current diet is, as I used to suffer from the same problem. I still do get bouts of it too, but it's nowhere near as bad.
When it was at its worst I changed my diet, nothing else about my workout etc routine and that decreased it. Then I started using a cleanser to wash those areas and that helped too.
Also, if you've got high stress levels, chillax a bit :) hehe as stress can cause flare-ups.
Creatine also causes flare-ups in me so I hardly ever use it now.
Oh and what GrimJack said is true, getting sun exposure (I prefer real sun to solariums) does help.

What was your diet like, I've been laying off of chips n stuff that I used to eat on weekends and greasy food. It has subsided a little compared to last month.

And I don't know Theresa, I just don't feel like ordering something to use I wanna find an easier way out lol personally I don't mind buying stuff for hygiene care but I've never really had this problem before and I'm sure once it goes it's gonna be gone for a while.

well basically I avoided as much junk food and sweets etc as I could for a month. I also tried to eat more of a 'balanced diet'. I made all my food at home rather than buying lunch while at work. If I had to buy lunch I'd stay away from Macca's etc and get somethin like sushi instead.
Also, after not eating those things for that long I found I didnt want them anywhere near as much anymore, and could quite happily refuse them if offered. But that's a bit OT... :)
