So ive been working on my 89 Turbo Supra for hours a day, for the past 5 days. Well i thought that the only thing wrong with this $900 bucket was just the BHG.....boy was i wrong. first i pulled my turbo out and found this nice crack in it. then when i drained the radiator all that came out was a mixture of rust and water. The head came off and the water jackets are completely filled with rust. In addition to that it seems that the car never drains of its fluids completely. Everytime I drain one thing, another thing drips all over the place. For example, i drain the tranny fluid and the power steering fluid leaks. So i drain that and the trannys got a couple of drops left in it. And back and fourth and so on and on......
The icing on the cake is that we looked at the body, did some measurements, and found out that the car is twisted....literally. The only thing I can do now is hopefully sell off some of the interior and some of the engine pieces to try to make some money back.
