Alright, so after blowing a rod and completely trashing the engine, my swap is finally done. It's raining right now, or else I'd be out test driving it. Personally, if something's wrong and I don't make it home I don't want to be out in the pouring rain trying to fix it. On a random topic, I need to think of a name for my supra... Any suggestions? But anyways, wish me luck guys!

I would name her a Japanese name if I were serious about it.
Like Long Dong or something. J/K again!!!
I hope your swap turns out great.

I'll get pictures up as soon as I get it cleaned up a bit... it's a little dirty ATM. Plus it needs a paint job, but other than that it isn't bad. I think money pit is a fitting name actually... I paid $925 for the car originally, then had to buy a new engine ($800), gaskets, fluids, tools (my dad can't keep up with tools to save his life, so I got myself a separate set), random accessories, etc... All in all I've spent over $2000 and I've only driven it about 4 months.

HAH... $2000 in 4 months insnt a money pit... $7,500 in ONE with a new knocking sound is a money pit.

damn. You must not be in a relationship- any significant other I've ever had would have gone ballistic over a non-running car sitting around for 5 years. Well, I found out she isn't quite done yet... I now have an oil leak... somewhere in close proximity to the fan, because oil is being thrown across the entire engine bay. :-(

Alright, false alarm on the oil leak. However, she's down again because of a bhg. :-( I pulled the head off and took it to a machine shop. After a $47 decking job and a $270 valve job, it'll be ready to drop back on... damn gasket.
