I pulled a subframe from a 1990 mk3 in the junkyard and the owner was nice enough to let me keep the axles and differential.

To the point, I figure out a way to have the hub held to I can loosen the axle nuts and the axles are in there real snug, I banged the axle with a hammer a couple of times but I noticed that the end of the axle was getting bent ( screw thread's for the 32mm nut. )

So I stopped, and my other friend ( hes an idiot) hits the end of the axle till the cotter pin hole get's smashed shut. ( told him dont do it) now I'm not sure can I replace the CV seat? OR do I have to get another axle?

OH yeah and how do I get the axle out of the hub its REALLY tight in there, WITHOUT MESSING UP THE AXLE thread

I come from a land down under
I just used a 12 ton floor press and a bunch of spacer blocks.

Why not just swap the whole subframe? Leave the axles in, you can always swap the diff if you want, you don't need to pull the axles for that. There are ways to work around a lack of equipment if you just get creative

1. I wouldn't put an axle on my friends car that couldn't be held on by a nut.

2. Because the subframe has axle's that are mine. I dont own an MK3 however I have a use for it's axles.

3lb sledge and a good brass drift or solid punch. Spray it real good with CRC and it will knock out. You will need a new axle if you tore up the treads.
