Automatic transmission swap to 5 speed R-154

I need some tips and parts ill need for the swap, I will be running higher horsepower here in about a year or so, so I need to swap transmissions but I have no idea what sort of stuff ill need.

"5 sweep R-134" I think you mean 5 speed R154, R-134 is A/C refrigerent. Also there should be plenty of information on here on what youll need for parts.
