auto to manual

i have an 86.5 NA supra. i wanna do a manual swap and then a 1jz swap. can you all give me some advice and other information about the manual swap. i know where i can get another supra with body damage that has a manual in it so if i get that how hard is it to swap it into my car?

It's not hard at all, but it is a little time consuming. I swapped mine out in a weekend. There's plenty of info on here about it. Good luck.
