auto to manual question

im converting my car to a 5 speed and was wondering if i had to buy the whole driveshaft or just the front half.

I think just the front half.But I'm not 100% sure so wait till sombody esle chimes in to let you know.Next time you should try searching.Good luck

Front half is needed, back half is the same (I just finished the swap 3 days ago)

did you have to make the hole bigger around the shifter. im haviing trouble with mine i have already cut about an inch off the front part of the hole and the trans is still hitting the tunnel.
