ASB rear speed sensor

ABS light came on last night while I was driving. O/D on/off light starting flashing also. Pulled the aceuator and watched for the code. Code gave me "33" which is either the rear speed sensor or the rotor or the wire harness. Any one else had this problem and how easy was it to find a sensor. Local Toyota dealer quoted $300+.

Light does not come on immediately. 3-5 seconds or more and then seconds later the O/D light starts blinking.

Can someone help with suggestions on where to find a replacement that won't cause me to take a small bank loan.

I'd NEVER EVER go to the dealer in my town for work!! Way to many people have told me what rip-offs they are.
If you need a shop, ask around town for the best brake shop. They will be able to solve your problem quickly, and fairly $$. Ask at parts stores that are older than 15 years (not Pepboys and Autozone chain stores). Ask old guys, ask truckers, etc.
