Bought second hand arp studs and I don't have the moly lube. Is there a torque for with oil or should I just wait to get lube?

I would use the arp lube.
I dont have a spex sheet but i think the oil torque is like 120ft lbs. Big difference. Also friend told me he used oil and they kept coming loose. That lube is good stuff.
