ARP Rod bolt Torque

Im having to go in and replace my Piston Rod Caps. Can someone give me a good recommendation on the Torque of my ARPs once I start to put back together. Also, What is a good torque for ARP Head Studs also.

rod bolts need a torque value BUT ARP considers that inaccurate.

For ROD bolts/studs you MUST measure bolt stretch! That is the only proper and recommened way of installing rod bolts!

Here's the spec sheet for the ARP head studs...note the difference in torque value for moly vs motor oil for lube. Chase the block head bolt holes before you install the studs.

Dont forget to torque them up and back them off X3 times, to help get rid of any stretch once it gets heated up. I got my machinist to do it along with my main studs.
