Are these normal results

Emissions results:

Well i jsut smogged today and these were the results, i passed but are these normal for these cars?, The HC's were kinda high compared to everything else measured..

and i guess my car weighs 3875 pound.....

Unburned fuel ... might need a minor tune up of spark plugs.

ok, that makes alot of sense, i kinda just wiped my plugs off after i changed my valve covers....they got soem oil on them, but im awaiting my new ones so they had to stay, i shouldve realized....im lucky to even have passed....

My hydrocarbons were high. But then again my car was labled as a gross polluter in 2004(before I owned her). Not sure what went wrong there.
