I can't say for certain about that...

The pick-up tube, oilpans, and the baffle-plate (I dunno what it's really called), should be interchangeable between the 1JZ and 2JZ engines.

yes a JZ is a JZ interchangable only diffrence really is the stroke so the block hight is the true only diffrence! so the little coupler in the water housing is deffrent diffrent length timming belts slightly diffrent heads block for the most part is the same but taller in the 2jz series.
