I was looking for just a plain-jane oil cap with no logos for my 7MGTE and I think I found one on ebay that fits the bill. However, it just says "Toyota JDM All Models". I emailed the seller and asked if it fit the Supra and he said that it should since it's universal.

Btw, here's the link:

The price is right. What do you think? Will it fit?

No, all toyota filler caps are not universal. Even the MK4 is different than ours.

That one looks like it may work though. tough to tell though.

thats identical to my 'trd' oil cap that i bought. the only problem i have with it, is that when the engine is hot, the cap is hotter. haha

but you could make your own custom sticker to put on that, and it would look pretty cool. it even has the seal around the inside edge.

The reason I like it is because it matches my powder coated valve covers perfectly. I had the lines ground and polished and the rest coated black. So this oil cap is identical.

So I guess there's no way to know for sure if it fits? Is there some specific questions I can ask the seller that might help? Bottom of cap diameter? Thread pitch? etc.
