Apexi AVCR install questions

Guys,

When you installed your AVC-r where did you run the wires through the firewall? Pics if you gots em.

Im also stumped on the instructions for my car... Im sure the programming part is going to blow my mind but after fabbing some brackets Im scratching my head looking for the factory boost that I am supposed to unplug and cap off.

I thought I just had to add in the Apexi part like we do with the manual boost controller.

Where is the factory boost that the manual refers to?

i ran the wiring through the passenger side firewall where the ecu wires go into the engine bay.

It could be that for some reason when it was translated over it got messed up. I think it's referring to a factory sensor for boost control, something we don't have.

I don't think you need to worry about it.

I ran the AVCR wiring through the ECU grommet in the firewall. It's a real bitch, I ended up using a coathanger and just pulling it through.

The factory boost sensor is on the driver side, right next to the tems actuator. You can unhook it and connect it to the AVCR boost sensor, or use a T fitting and run both.
