Anything I should do to this thing before I slip the tranny back in?

I have the trans pulled and I am replacing the exhaust with something fairly free-flowing, anything I should be tweaking or checking while I have the back end of this thing apart? (As much fun as it has been, I dont want to have to do this again any time soon

if your auto your fine, though a new front and rear seal ( on the tranny) wouldnt be a bad idea, dont think there much.

if its a 5spd check your clutch/pressure plate for wear, and make sure the release bearing is in good shape. also maybe use a rag and clean up clutch dust around, then re-assemble.
