I was kinda disappointed. It was just so serious! No fun. I know the old show was campy, but hey, it was a talking car that would come to you when called. How cool was that???! This new one, turns into a truck??! Huh? I think they went over the top with what the car could do. Next week, it does the laundry! Hey, I want one! The special effects were pretty cool. I wish they had used the actor who did KITT'S original voice. He sounded much smoother. And, as I recall, the original KITT had a sense of humor.
What kinda car was the bad-brunette driving? It was a blue convertible with lambo doors. My guess is lambo, but I don't know if any other makers put lambo doors on their cars.
Oh well, maybe I'll watch it again. In next week's show they go street racing (after doing laundry). Perhaps the minnesota police will be there along with a bunch of honda ricers, haha. It is nice to see some different and unusual cars. It will be interesting to see if any supras are ever one the show. It was kinda hard to see a mustang play KITT, but it pulled it off well. I never liked the late model TAs.
