Yep, im using synchronic right now. Let me tell you it's one of the best. Its more of a performance then sound which is good. The installation is super easy. My supra never surged after I bought synapse.

I thought that you didn't need to hook up the side port unless your boosting over 7 psi. Well that's what i heard. seems to be working fine for me without getting a vacuume line for the side port.

Just an FYI, you're running over 7 psi is you're anything BUT stock ;).

I have the synapse synchronic also, I was the first to put one on a MKIII IIRC, still haven't had an issue with mine, works better than the HKS SSQV I had on it previously (it didn't surge or anything, just wasn't my BOV).

The 7 psi thing came from the creator of the BOV, he personally told me this after having it for a month or so, I guess that's about the same time they updated the instructions because at the time that I bought it, the manual stated that the side vacuum port was for a later use that hasn't been developed yet.

nice nice NICE i am very glad to hear that you all have no more surge. I killed ones turbo with a surging HKS and don't want to fry this new one. I since replaced the HKS to a Bosch 110 recirc but I want a better , and louder sound.
Anyone have time to make a video or an audio clip??????? PPPPPPP PRETTY PPPPLEASE!!!

i know people like the hks ssq but it fucking anoys the hell out of me when peopl have them. way to high pitched. lol. i would grab a tial but afraid it will leak under boost. ill prolly end up wit hthe type 2 hks racing knock off. possibly 2 of them on the car. one adjusted tighter then the other. depends if i can find someone to buy my real greddy type s or not, if not ill stick wit hthe type s for now. btw, what is the synchronic bov? is it the ssqv knockoff?

I've got an HK$ SSQV, and got he recirc fitting to try to quiet it down some. Since it's supposed to be the fin insert that makes the noise, I might leave the recirc fitting alone even if I go MAF.

I just wanted to hear one for the hell of it. I would never ever buy a bov for sound!!!!
I do however love the sound of my Bosch 110 at 15 psi.
