How hard is it to install the 550 injectors? It looked fairly simple whats involved, about how long does it take? Also with the 550 injectos and lexus ls 400 A/F what kinda HP gain should I expect under about 15 PSI?

Ok - it's not difficult, but it is a bit tedious, and expect it to take about 4 hours if you haven't done it before.

As for the HP, that would be a wild guess at best. In order to make a vaguely educated guess we would need to know your current mods and your current boost pressure - and even then it would still be more guess than education. Drop it on a dyno and find out for sure.

Like Grim said, not difficult, jus fuckin tedious. And if you dont know how to solder, get someone who does. I once did it 3 times on one day, so yea, im a damn pro now.

Be sure to solder the wires and heat shrink them up right, take your time.

I'm not sure what your plans are but you may want to consider getting an AFPR, SS FPD line, remove the J-line restriction, upgrade the fuel pump to a walbro and get an SAFC or emanage. Sounds like a lot but it isn't that bad cost or effort wise. The lex/550 combo will give you the approx 25% fuel/air but you won't have much control and some run rich as-is. There is help there with the lex screw in that case.

and don't reuse those crispy/crunchy o-rings and grommets :)

I know how to solder but what could possibly need to be, all u do is unconnect the connectors and connect them up to the new injectors right?

most aftermarket 550's use gm style quick disconnect plugs....which are not compatible with our old injectors, so yes you will have to change clips.
