anyone have this problem with a turbo?

guys running single turbo with big boost. My 60-1 turbo has cracks In the turbine housing right before the v clamp to the down pipe. Has anybody had this problem? would this cause turbo flutter? Can I just get it welded? Here's a pic this is not my turbo but the cracks are where the red lines are.

any way you can get a better pic? i cant see anything but the red outline in that

but if the weld is cracked right there, youll have to have the ceramic coat taken off in that area and have it rewelded. cant weld throught the coating

Ok thanks. Thats not my turbo I just used it to show where the crack is. My turbo doesn't have the coating.
