Just wondering if anyone has ever mounted a supercharger to a 7mge. It looks pretty easy. I designed a Eaton MP62 system for my Escort GT and it worked great. i figure I could mount a M62 to the side of the engine and run off of an Accessory belt and have the intake flange pull from the VAF and the exhaust run right into the TB. I could run a simply bosch bypass valve to recirculate unused air. Might have to pull the PS pump and mount the SC there. launches and 0-60 times would be awesome.

Yes, it's been done. However, it's a fair bit of custom work that costs a whole bunch of coin, producing no better horsepower than we get from a big turbo and a 2-step.
it can work, if you have the funds and the time go for it.
its just that superchargers cost more $$ and turbo chargers work just as well for less money. its not that its impossible its just that it isnt very logical as far as $$ goes.
