Anyone Change E-Brake Handle?

Well my supra didn't come with an E-Brake boot. I was thinking of getting a black one seeing as i've re-done my interior in black. I was also thinking of getting a Momo Pitstop E-Brake Handle in carbon to replace the OEM one. Anyone ever change theirs? Know how its done? Id imagine im going to need an adapter from Momo.

I changed mine to a Momo CF handle w/ a Momo boot. That was also about
6 years ago. As I recall it wasn't very hard, maybe 1 hr. I think the hardest
part was getting the OEM handle cover off. I think I cut it w/ a razor knife
along the bottom seam and pulled it off. Their should be a rubber end piece
w/ the Momo handle that you fit in to seal up around the brake release button.
The back end has a piece to accept the new boot and it fits together nicely.
The only thing is that the leather boot seemed short on the tunnel side, I
added a piece to that. That is something you would have to judge for
yourself.

I was looking at my e-brake handle the other day when I threw my factory boot away becasue it looked like garbage. Thought about changing the handle.

Yes, as I remember it does come with one. It works to center the handle on the factory ebrake arm. The handle itself is really nice and he way that the boot attaches to the back of the handle is well designed.

I'll get some pics this week, car is in the shop now being "really" rebuilt right now. Also Guyana, I still haven't located my TEMS parts yet, hope they turn up
some where, just can't find the parts box. When I do I'll let you know if you're
still in need of them.
