you can make them yourself or your machine shop, under FAQ, Grimjack has the specs

No, SC used to make and sell semi-solid ones with a bushing between two thick chunks of AL cylinder, but I don't think anyone does anymore.
Should be pretty simple to make yourself if you wanted to, though. Especially as the dimensions are already posted in the FAQ.

yah i should it would be cheaper since i have access to to a lathe and hard polyurethane stock to make them. damn i hate being a lazy bastard lol
