Motor died on my compressor yesterday, spent today trying to fix it, and what do I end up finding wrong?

Damn windings shot. I'm dead in the water, trying to hunt down a 184t motor :( I might have a lead on a slightly used one in J'ville - just awaiting a call back.

I'll upload pics shortly ;)
