alright, my crank and rods are at the machine shop ,
im going to re-use my mhg, it's a 2mm titain, with 600 miles on it,

im having the rod's destressed, resized, and new bearings, im questioning about having the small ends re-bushed,
piston coatin is 245 and im not sure if it's worth it at my stage,

i had the crank polished when it was out last time, and this time i have my machiniest removing a pound of rotating mass from the crank, i am also going to ask about having the crank knife edged, and destressed maybe?

should i have any of these parts cyro frozen?
any other motor work i should have done?
performance work?

i plan to upgrade fuel to 680cc injectors and a 57-62 trim turbo.

i am still on stock injectors and turbo,
mods are,
arp head studs, main studs, rod bolts
titain 2mm mhg, block and head prepped, head rebuilt.
1 peice dp, full 3inch,
maft pro, full kit, ebc, lc-1
fmic, 2.5" hard pipes, t-bolts, 4 ply couplers,
fidanza adjustble cam gears, fidanza aluminum flywheel, 6spuck ceramic disk, heavier then stock pp, 2800/3200? 1 peice d/s
afpr, ss lines, ss turbo drain lines,
walbro.

the motor has all new bearings main's rods, and aux shaft, pump is shimmed, and oil filter relocation kit is being put together
also has new rings w/600 miles on every thing, can i re-hone the cylinder walls and re-break in the rings?
should i have the block line honed?

i am going to aim for 400 DD, and 600 or so max.( one day ...)

What's up bud, looks like we're doing quite a similar build :)
Definitely quite a solid plan!

I'm not one to give you advice, I'm pretty sure you have alot more experience than me, but here I go! I'm 99% sure you'll need new rings for them to seat properly, obviously a re-hone, and hopefully once it's re-honed your bore->piston clearance is still good!

As for as a line hone, was it honed last time? I heard when you get new ARP hardware for the mains, with the higher torque spec, it's a good idea to hone, to bring it back to round. Not too sure about this one? I'd say just have the machinist take measurements and make sure it's nice, round, and un-scuffed!

Good Luck :)
