use the intake manifold and everything attached to it the fuel injectors the turbo and pretty much everything you can get off that engine, the 7mge NA has two easy mods. exhaust and intake, nothing else...

pretty much if you want lots of horsepower put the whole 7mgte in your car, if you are like me and just like to cruise a supra that sounds cool with a slightly decent pull then just put an exhaust and intake on your 7mge,

I think you need to be more specific about what you want from your car. As these guys have said above if you're chasing big power then go turbo.
BUT if you're just after a good, reliable cruising car then I rekon n/a is the way to go. Also are you rebuilding the engine or is it already a running unit because you could also do a bit of headwork if you're pulling the motor down. N/a motors can pull pretty good power too you've just gotta research what's worth doing and what's not. there's plenty of info on here if you're willing to look for it.
