Guys:

Looking for brass or copper rod (solid)

4" long x 2.25 diamter.

I don't care what alloy, but all I can get from any of my suppliers are 12"+ rods.

I don't need that much, and really don't feel like paying "market" value for the damn stuff.

Any one of any help please reply.

Thanks!

p.s.

If not the material, any one know of where I can get a replacement piston for an older style Blitz BOV?

have you tried a basic metal supply store? theres a local one here that sells almost any kind of metal you can think of in any length you need.

Keith:
Sounds like your piston is warped all to hell too.

BE VERY CAREFUL!!!....

But put a little bit of compressed air behind the piston with a shot of WD40 or light oil and it will come right out. The tollerance is so close, that if you get the piston crooked, it will not come out.
